Endodontics / Root Canals save teeth.
This procedure can save teeth that are infected, or decomposing in the mouth. They can either be done by a General Dentist or an Endodontist (a dental specialist who specializes in Root Canals).
The actual root canal process itself is quite simple. The inside of the tooth (the decaying nerve and pulp) is removed, cleaned, and capped to avoid further infection.
Although this dental treatment is infamous for “excruciating pain,” after visiting our office you will find out that this is only a myth. You will be able to drive home after your dental treatment and return to your normal routine.
